We were visiting the MTU campus & just happened onto your place. It was AMAZING, just the perfect, authentic Italian meal we had in mind. My son is quite the pasta freak & couldn't compliment your pasta any higher (and he is PICKY!!!) My eggplant parmesan was terrific...the side vegetables were the best I've ever had after leaving Italy. We lived over there for 5 years and I can't tell you how wonderful it is to find such a great place, hidden away in the Upper Peninsula. Whenever I get back up there, your restaurant is our first stop! Thanks for the great meal!

I ADORE your sauce. My family (I married a man with 4 kids) didn't know real spaghetti sauce until I made this. However, they MOST enjoy it and I get the most compliments when I make lasagna with it (as per the recommendation on the packet). Me? I like it so much, I'll eat it right out of the pot. Thanks for making this available online/in the stores for those of us who can't get there to eat it in person.

We have been using the spaghetti spice for a few years now--Ever since I found out you could buy it. Now that we are living in Utah, we are so glad to be able to order online. My husband tells everyone who tries my sauce that we import the seasonings from Michigan!

Usually I have dad order but I did it online to save him some time. Anyway...love the sauce brings back the good old days from Baltic...this will be the first time trying the marinara sauce...can't wait. Take care and will see you next time we are up.

We happened to be traveling through Houghton/Hancock last summer and I spotted an article about your restaurant in one of the regional travel magazines. We try to eat locally whenever we travel, and long story short, we dined at Gemignani's one day. My husband and I loved the food (and the pasta sauce!). We bought a few packets to take with us and one year later, we are hooked! I have made your recipe for friends and family and have given away many packets of your spices. We use the spaghetti spice mix all the time. It's great! The best sauce I have ever had. The taste of the sauce you make at home is the same served in their restaurant in Hancock.

Haven't used the spices ourselves, we just love everything we've ever eaten at the restaurant, especially the tomato basil soup, always the spaghetti, the fish specials, the sesame chicken salad. Staff is pretty nice, too! Oh, and the pizza - YUM!
